Early Customer Acquisition
Acquire your first users through founder-led sales, early marketing tactics, and user onboarding. Goal: real customers providing real feedback.
Phase 4: Weeks 10 to 12
Traction & Growth Strategy
Demonstrate early traction with startup metrics and a growth strategy. Final deliverable: Startup Traction Report with MVP description, customer feedback, metrics, and growth plan.
What You'll Leave With
A working MVP, 10 to 20 early users or customers, a validated go-to-market strategy, and growth. Startups completing Builder Studio are prepared for growth and are encouraged to explore the short and long term financial strategy most appropriate to their business model.
After Builder Studio, founders join the Founder Guild for ongoing peer support, mentor access, and investor introductions.
